Refund policy

Too big? Too small? Too something else? If you’re not completely satisfied, or simply just change your mind, you can return your matches within 365 days. A full refund will be provided as long as the item(s) are in unused and in re-saleable condition. If your matches arrive damaged or are not working as they should, there is no need to return them. Simply let us know and we will replace or refund without question, whichever you prefer.  

We will refund you by the same method as your original payment.
